Yes, Ahsan Iqbal's constituency NA 78 (NA 72 now) is Jutt majority. As for clan politics, Ahsan himself is a Rajput (whose parents migrated from Jalandhar) and Rajputs are a minority in Narowal.

No was saying if PTI itself believed in clan politics (in thier mind they see a rural area, have their stereotype so they acted accordingly no matter the situation on the ground) that's why they preferred Abrar even after multiple defeats
