Everyone is quick to blame Politicians, but even with all of the flaws people still support them, Yes everyone will simply shy away and i didn't voted for him or that party but the problem is how this system was built.
No matter who is in power nothing will really change as the main core ( People of country ) don't want to change
Pakistani awam (public) doesn’t understand that when currency is devalued, it causes inflation and prices goes up.
PMLN Government spent $7 billion dollars to keep rupee overvalued against the U.S dollar to win the election, some of the money borrowed from local banks. When PTI came in power they allowed rupees to free float due to IMF conditions which resulted in devaluation of Rupees and high inflation. Even if it was NOT IMF demand, Pakistan didn’t have money to keep rupees high against the dollars. Unlike PPP and PMLN government, PTI is not borrowing any money from state bank. What does that mean? It means PTI government is not printing additional rupees.
Public need to understand that when a country is close to defaulting on it's loans, doesn’t have money to run government and have a failed/Crushing economy (or non-sustainable economy), it takes decades, not months or years to stabilize the economy.
Inflation will eventually go down when economic situation improves and in order to achieve that government will need multi-prong strategy to stabilize the economy and turn it into a sustainable economy. This require long term planning...., government decision of olives plantation will bare fruits in few years, also one shop window for construction/housing which will promote 40 other industries. Utilities store and retail store is one strategy to fight the mafia.I am hopeful that economy will turn around by the end of 2021
In order for economy to turn around, out of the box strategy is needed. For example, government needs to promote tourism industries, cheap housing schemes, support IT companies and startups, using new technology to increase agriculture production, Halal meat export, increase and explore that opportunity to make organic medicine from cannabis.
Over 60% of our population is Jahil and have no idea about economy or how to create a sustainable economy.
While using multi-prong strategy to fix the economy or to create a sustainable economy, we need to move toward 100% digitalization and decentralization of power. This will reduce over 50% of government overhead and increase efficiency and performance.
