ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-N President, Mian Nawaz Sharif has formed a five-member committee tasked to iron out differences within the party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to engage in contact with other parties for electoral alliance(s).
The committee headed by Pir Sabir Shah and comprising Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, Sardar Mehtab, Amir Muqam and Khawaja Muhammad Khan Hoti was formed during PML-N's consultative meeting held here under Mian Nawaz Sharif.
The committee will hold meetings with the PML-N leaders in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa besides engaging in talks with other parties for an electoral alliance or seat adjustments.
According to sources, Mian Nawaz Sharif has decided to launch the party's pre-election campaign for public contact in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on March 1.
