What @hanuman is saying is what happened post the hijack. three dreaded terrorist were released after the hijack Now those terrorists are roaming in impunity in Pakistan. This is what India is blaming you for. And dont say those are innocent. No body hijacks an aircraft to secure the release of innocent people

I never ever said that he is innocent, neither i said He is a good man ? i simply just asking that "why would you release a hard core terrorist(as you claim, which may be true) at the first place." they demanded his release from you directly, not through Pakistan. He is roaming free in Pakistan because he didn't committed any crime in Pakistan. if i remember correctly, he was even arrested on the request of India. but due to Lack of proves against him court let him free.

I do agree. But in the court India's case was weak. India should file a case in court (Pakistani court) , and here prove him guilty. trust me brother we have professionals in our judiciary system. Our judges are not like our Politician's. i will be the first one to celebrate his death penalty if he was proved guilty in a PAKISTANI COURT.

similarly our courts ,at the highest level - supreme court are fair

our courts made the iron lady- Indira Gandhi step down from post of PM
had they been not fair, would such a thing have happened ?

And our present PM has been cleared by all of them .

so the issue ends there.

Sir, as you say that we share the same dilemma. No body here love masud azhar, but Indian govt did not provide authentic proofs to get these scums in jail. "Lack of proofs" freed colonel purohit, modi and masud azhar. Other wise in Pakistan our supreme court even hang one prime minister and disqualified the other from its post.

Modi is an Indian citizen he has got all the fundamental rights , and he has not been proven guilty .

Masood Azhar is also an Indian citizen, then wat is he doing in Pak ????????
