Over reliance on one nation isn't good for anyone including China.
I bet you didn't know that local governments in China have export targets and many supply factories free land, free electricity and cover operations cost including wages to meet those targets.

In effect the Chinese people are subsidizing US consumers and US businesses for the last several decades.
But these hard facts won't surface here on PDF none are interested in facts - only flag waving.

Besides, automated manufacturing is fast becoming a reality and so low cost manufacturing by humans is not sustainable.

Like I said, who else is going to magically supply all the goods that China supplies? Which part of that you dont understand?

Is it China's fault that rest of the world has not followed China's model of economics to become the largest factory in the world?

A Pakistani that can't seem to see beyond China, I guess no surprises there..

Critical supplies will diversify, all businesses are risk averse and I know of many large western enterprises that have begun this journey and plan to achieve some level of diversity in the next 5 years. Their motivation is not political but risk mitigation. It seems you don't think that others can replicate China's success, but you forget Japan, Taiwan and South Korea all began to weave themselves into the global supply chain as a low cost manufacturers before China.

Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are all good candidates.
Some amount of the capacity will be filled by automated manufacturing in the West.

Remains to be seen which of the above governments succeed in attracting foreign investments.

On a grand scheme of things, they do.

How hard has Europe tried to portray Israel, South Africa and Australia as part of the "Western Hemisphere" when they're not in the West at all but only have a racial affiliation with Europe? They don't apply the same principle to Singapore, South Korea and Japan and then also look at Haiti, Jamaica on the opposite scale when they're fully in the "Western Hemisphere".

Similarly, why do Western AsIan white nations are portrayed as part of belonging to Europe when they're geographically located in Asia? Examples are Georgia, Armenia.

Look at some of the nation's listed in the annual European Song Contests or the European football and you'll get an idea.

Apart from Russia, how many white nations do you see denied access to international finance, face sanctions or civil wars or civil unrest is imposed on them? Only exception being is Yugoslavia then Serbia.
