He is just using slang language of Lahore where he grew up, people in this region use "hoor" in the sense of "praising" someone's beauty without any sexual motives, in fact it is a sacred word, it doesn't have any sexual feel when you use it in local punjabi language, for sexual motives there are "other kind of slangs" but hoor is certainly not one of them.
