PM Imran Khan's response after India called-off FMs meeting in New York

Are you are suggesting that there was no involvement of Pakistan in the mutilation of the BSF jawan or the killing of the SPOs of J & K police?

You yourself said below that India cannot sustain a full blown war, more so in the modern scenario with 24X7 media coverage.

Is IK that much of a messiah for Pakistan? Because if he does good work he will become powerful enough to cut the power of the military? Or do you look at it differently since you have a Pakistani perspective?
Suggesting that the jawan has NOTHING to do with this current issue, the root cause for this outlash has nothing to do with beheaded men.

Diplomatic, economic and finally nuclear factors make a full fledged war suicide for India.

IK isn’t a messiah but the first positive influence on the educated section and main masses, now whether the masses will respond to whatever direction he gives depends on their appetite- which is what I referenced.

.
Son, go and check some random low grade mofo in your forigen office who was just yesterday calling Imran Khan by name and issuing highly undiplomatic and provocative statements like "unmasking Imran real face".

India needs to educate it's forigen office first and foremost on how to behave.
So unmasking imran real face in the statement of our foreign office hurt you, what did you expect that PM of India will respond to your PMs remark.

It's not the India foreign office guys who need education,it's the PM of Pakistan and it's foreign office which needs education on what should be done by whom.

The statement from Pakistan should have come from foreign office of Pakistan instead of PM of Pakistan if they felt a statement was required .

.
They abused our pm yesterday.
They said his true face exposed and flah flah.
Is this the way to use diplomatic language.
Imran tweeted a vailed tweet , it could be about the army chief or Indian foreign office.

. .
Indians are hurt badly after hearing the news of Saudia arabia joining CPEC. They will be crying in upcoming days and if this news is true about Saudia making oil city in CPEC. It's game over for them.

Who gives a flying hoot about Gangadeshis, you go on you tube and see documentaries about Hunza valley, you will few comments from small men about dreaming to take back northern Pakistan, a nation so big too damn obsessed with Pakistan, IK has shown them the middle finger which they deserve:pakistan:

. .
Imran Khan had already indicated a no need to visit United Nations as he wanted to conserve national resources and focus on internal matters

United nation speech is not top of agenda

As for any Talks with India these are generally a waste of time

All right. This opinion falls in line with your previous longish post.

Diplomatic, economic and finally nuclear factors make a full fledged war suicide for India.
I don't deny that, at least for the next couple of decades. We can defeat Pakistan militarily without any major unacceptable losses on our side only if India continues to improve as it is doing now while somehow ensuring that Pak remains stagnant - right now Pakistan remaining stagnant doesn't seem easily feasible. And then comes the China factor which, as of now, nullifies any military plans from our side.

I disagree with the nuclear part. Top PA generals will never allow the war to go nuclear (MAD type) since it will threaten the existence of Pakistan itself. PA treats Pakistan as its baby, Pakistan is their Islamic project - how can they take a decision that suddenly threatens the existence of their child?

The Indian war doctrine has to take this into account and call PA's nuclear bluff. The doctrine of massive retaliation needs to change since MAD is in place. So the threat of tactical nukes has to be countered at the tactical level by us - this along with the current unacceptable damage doctrine. How the Indian military modernizes will decide whether this tactical nuke threat is made ineffective.

This also calls for huge geopolitical consensus from India's POV. China must be convinced to remain a silent spectator (militarily and diplomatically) in any future India-Pakistan conflict. How we do that will depend of our economic and military trajectory.

IK isn’t a messiah but the first positive influence on the educated section and main masses, now whether the masses will respond to whatever direction he gives depends on their appetite- which is what I referenced.
I have doubts on IK just like many (most?) Pakistanis view Modi as a nothing. IK does not have the freedom to decide on foreign and military policy. His inexperience in running a country will also bog him down, and Nawaz Sharif will keep snapping at his heels.

but the comment was uncalled for and equally undiplomatic like the Indian one naming Imran khan as 2 faced.
one of the reasons Indians used to cancel the meeting was the killing of BSF soldier which had already happened before the initial Indian intention to go ahead with the meeting
I wonder why not Pakistan also highlighted the fact that same Indian BSF and other Indian forces have killed numerous people along LoC and working boundary? despite all that Pakistan offered to initiate peace talks because Imran believes that all matters can only be resolved through talks
the stamp issue also had happened before Imran coming to power so these reasons were very weak.
there was already not much hope in these talks but the speed with which Indians took a U turn with name calling Imran Khan was really pathetic
oh we can spare the Kashmir, kulbhushan and LOC saga for UN speech......But im 100% in putting the indians in their place to boost our own national moral, and i dont think its abt that soldier, they also claimed abt Burhan Wani Stamps which came even before elections.

When the bilateral relations r concerned we can go ahead with that now since the era of int. diplomacy has been changed too, now we need people with hard talks with strong deep voices not pussies like that Qureshi and Asif Ghafoor....see their COAS's statement in same regard.

Now read his tweet carefully specially the red line....

''Disappointed at the arrogant & negative response by India to my call for resumption of the peace dialogue. However, all my life I have come across small men occupying big offices who do not have the vision to see the larger picture.''

If they arnt seeing the larger picture, why should we? what burden of responsibility do we have of peace when its them who r the destabilizing factor in the region while accusing us of it?:azn:
And do remember what late Gen Hameed Gul said abt Modi government:azn::azn::azn:
Think big mister think big, East Pakistan ka badla apne wakai lena ha b ya nahi? Congressy r backstabbers always remember that! the UN Kashmir resolutions r a great testimony for Ho Nehru played us. and what was the fate of mushy's formula? Where is the goody goody Manmohan Singh's tour?

If we want Kashmir, let this idiot win, infact, we can save it too by making Khalistan in their punjab and haryana, no land route this time!

Think for Pakistan, all else can be flushed down the toilet.

The era of timid and cowards as well as goody goody talks is long gone! As trump said abt North Korea once, ''the era of strategic restraint is gone'' This is the statement which is alone good enough to explain whats happening in the world and what type of people r required to get the job done!

U better update yrself too.

I have been looking into the timing of all of this. Indian Elections coming closer, a fake victory to celebrate achievements of the current government, their man in Pakistan out of power and the Pakistan Army having a champion in office.

Was this response by the Prime Minister neccecary? Likely so, it needed to be conveyed through the highest impact office that we made an oveture but a "war mongering' Bharat turned it down.

Look at the timeline of the events

India FO was in a fix after receiving an invitation for talks by IK himself.

It was an excellent move in response to Modi's congratulatory letter to IK.

Indian FO delibrated and formed a stategy to kill the whole goodwill that IK has garnered by accepting that invite and then refusing it within 24 hours. Naming IK in the refusal statement was the master stroke which was bound to have a response from Pakistan's FO.

But to India's delight Sheerin Mazari handling IK's twitter handle has given Indians exceedingly more than what South Block guys ever dreamt for.

Indian COAS statement which was also prepared to incite Pakistan , in case the required response is not elicited from Pak side. But this tweet from IK was a BEAUTY and it has killed the chances of any peace talk between the two nations for now. For Indian FO the mission of killing accomplished with more than 100 percent success.

At UNGA both countries are back to square one :p:

Ok fine he is given “illegitimate power” but this is not your problem.
However, he took the first step toward peace and your small man’s response is telling the whole world, who doesn’t want peace in Sub continent.

He made a good start but failed to capitalize on it. He needs smarter guys to run his Foreign Office.

tell you what. this response has actually dashed any hope

Imran should consult someone before writing tweets of diplomatic nature. he could have worded it like Indian being bigger country and better democracy should show a bigger heart and don't blame me for the reasons that had happened before me taking office or were already known prior to original positive Indian response.

it is fine that we cant talk nice for now. but lets not degrade each other.

Couldn't agree more, Kudos for wording this possible response. Pak Foreign office really needs guys like you :yes4:

Democracy is people's will. Genocide is the correct form of war - winner takes all. Genocide is not murder

You are actually quoting Hitler. Like him you are twisting the definition of democracy to suit your evil intentions. Actually democracy is the will of the majority with the consent of the minority. Legitimate rights of the minority are protected in a real democracy, get this in your fascist head.

We follow rule of truth. Truth is above whims of people and is based on consistency. There is no consent but calculation
