PM for exploring various avenues of Bangladesh-Kosovo cooperation

'We both the countries will have to see that which goods we can export and which products we can import'
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has put emphasis on exploring various avenues of cooperation between Bangladesh and Kosovo.
“We both the countries will have to see that which goods we can export and which products we can import,” she said.
The prime minister said this when newly appointed Ambassador of Republic of Kosovo FunerUreya paid a courtesy call on her at her Ganabhaban residence in Dhaka on Tuesday evening.
After the meeting, Prime Mnister’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim briefed reporters, reports BSS.
The premier said: “We are setting up 100 special economic zones as there is a huge market in South Asia, Southeast Asia and their beyond.”
Welcoming the new Kosovo ambassador, Sheikh Hasina assured him of extending all sorts of support and cooperation indischarging his duty in Bangladesh.
Ureya highly appreciated the leadership of Sheikh Hasina in the development of Bangladesh.
“Bangladesh and you have a great reputation in the entire world,” he said.
Praising Bangladesh’s economic growth the Kosovo envoy also said: “I will explore various avenues of cooperation between the two countries and I also want to bolster this cooperation.”
Ureya commended Bangladesh’s tremendous development in the ICT sector. “Your ICT sector is very rich,” he told the premier.
Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Secretary MdTofazzel Hossain Mian was present at the meeting.
