Pakistan should produce more Al-Khalids like around 1800 with 1200 Al-Khalid 2's and 2000 T-80UD's. Thats enough to last Pakistan for 20-40 years hopefully.

Al-khalid 2 is still on paper. It will take some 5 - 10 years or even longer to develop it completely.

I would still prefer the LECLERC MAIN BATTLE TANK, from FRANCE to be inducted in pakistan with tech transfer. It should be easier for the Pakistanis to start negotiating the procureement of these tanks to upto atleast 500 units after a sucessful major submarine deal worth billion$.

I still dont know the accuracy and the striking range of Al-Khalid main smoothbore gun? Anyone can come up with a reliable link...
