That`s a good analysis.
Eyewitnesses said the landing gear was not coming down. 2 landing attempts were already made, with the second landing belly-scratching the aircraft which later caused engines failure and before the 3rd landing could have been carried out, the aircraft first crashed into a mobile tower and then 3 houses.

I like Flying Beast but that was really bad analysis. He made several mistakes in that video

The first attempted landing suggests that the pilot simply forgot to open the landing gear.
