Piers Morgan blasting the Conservative Government performance on the control of Corona Virus pandemic.
He has taken up the issue of no control on the airports for months. Which was odd, considering how the foreign travellers on arrivals were tested positive in droves in other countries including in Pakistan.
What I want to point out is the manner and delivery of his arguments. This is how you do it, put the politicians on the spot and don't let them off the hook.
In Pakistan, there is complete lack of good journalists, period. Otherwise, how Sharifs and Zardari and Bhuttos could have got away with it for over 4 decades!!
To my horror, despite it is plainly obvious that Sind Government had lied regarding distribution of the aid against Corona Virus to the people of Sind and there is no proofs presented that they even bought and distributed the food to the people of Sind, the SCP failed to take any actions against the crooks and looters of PPP.
To my surprise the judges even overlooked the proofs of decade old expired items were distributed by Sind Government.
When your journalists and judges are lowest of the low, how that country can survive and go forward!!
Sometimes, I have my head in my hands, cursing Pakistani journalists, seeing how they let Sharifs and Zardaris get away with murder.
Second aspect from this video is confirmation of what I had been saying here for weeks/months that the figures for COVID-19 deaths are manipulated by the Governments of almost all countries. And they wouldn't make much sense, unless similar standards are adopted in reporting the death by all countries.
Two weeks ago, when I said that the UK's death figures are not accurate, someone started to argue that it is up to date after inclusion of deaths in the nursing homes.
Listen to Piers, he said, the real figure is not 31K but close to 55K.
Just think that if this is true for the UK, almost doubling of the figures, if similar tactics are used by all countries the deaths figures may have already crossed half a million in the world and USA probably hitting 200K mark.
