It seems the crisis is over. Pervaiz announced that the things are now sorted out with PTI.

Pervaiz said that the issue are discussed and would be resolved with PTI.
We plan to work together and take part in next elections as allies and go to the public with a good record.

Pervaiz Khattak said there were few things we needed to resolve during our meeting.
We should continue the process and have regular meetings.

Pervaiz Khattak said that no one, PMLQ , MQM or BAP party is leaving them.

BS democracy. Had mil dictators properly delivered and appointed ruthless technocrats and men with vision, we wouldn't be stuck with this farce.

Good sign. Message from PMIK is clear, that if you are not going to work for the poor then we are going for next GE. Hence these lot are falling in line.

JTK missing!

Completely expected. I wonder if IK gave them anything worth a damn, that they made this attempt for.

Ha, good one. No buddy, right now they’re ALL on the ‘same page’. As soon as the signal comes that this is no longer the case, MQM, PMLQ coalition partners, and a good deal will of PTI insiders, will all jump ship. Opposition has been tamed recently too, all their pent up rage might be released that day too.

IK is no doubt powerful and could fight back. But it probably wouldn’t end well for a minority government.

I predicted mid terms when the election results came out. It's going to happen as none of these alliances will last.

IK can only hold the sword over their heads for so long and at one point he will have to bring it down along with his government.

Biggest fear of opposition is 'what will happen to us all if he dissolves the assemblies' and this is the only reason they are in compliance.

IK would not want an election at this time. And actually on the chance of imminent elections. Ironically, it is Q league, MQM and others who were pressuring IK to give them more ‘resources’ and appointments so that they can sure up their constituencies in the event of an election, they’re scared of the possible outcome of an election at this time.

As for the opposition, they’ve been beaten into submission (for now). They’ll pounce at any opportunity to strike back.
