Nope he just executed the smartest turn around to American foriegn policy stratgey we have ever seen in the last decade.

we may not agree with any of his policy changes but he did the following

1) got out of afghanistans never ending war, he did this early in his first term so he can face any consequences early

2) there is a focus on China the info part is to keep some pressure on China but not a real focus.Hence the massive military build up with Australia and Taiwan. He also dumped india from the calculus, his focus will keep be to delay as much as possible chinas rise so expect a lot of though times in CPEC.

3) he got the 1.5 trillion dollar infrastructure bill passed it will pass the house soon so he can point to this by the mid term elections as a success as there will be a lot of jobs coming soon

4) he is focused on reopening the American economy with mask mandates in the federal government which will allow people to get back to work

5) his 3.5 trillion budget will pass making him Uber strong cresting even more jobs
