BOL News emerged in Pakistan recently and became quite popular due to its vibrant theme and unique content. But what makes BOL different is portraying Pakistan’s positive image to the World. Whoever is interested in news and follows all news channels consistently, will not deny the fact that BOL does not hesitate to speak against those who do not support the ideology of Pakistan. Moreover, this channel has moved an extra mile to pay respect and tribute to the armed forces and judiciary of Pakistan. Although aiming to sustain democracy and prevail democratic values among Pakistan, but when some politician’s narrative is found to be against the interest of Army, they are then strictly questioned and criticized.
If any channel has rose significant voice against the violence in Kashmir, and that too with a result-oriented approach of bringing the issue in to the attention of international community, then it is none other than BOL. If any channel has started a serious campaign against blasphemy on social media and directed the authorities to prevent blasphemy in a realistic way, then it is none other than BOL. If any channel has shown effort to protect the honor of judiciary and courts, then it is none other than BOL.
But today, when the international media and press members were celebrating “World Press Freedom Day”, Pakistan Electronic Media and Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) announced that BOL Network’s license is revoked due to unavailability of the security clearance of its owners. However, this decision itself is contradicting with the Supreme Court as the security clearance was issued to the owners previously. On the other hand; PEMRA, Pakistan Broadcasters and Council of Complain do not have the authority to abruptly stop the transmission of a TV channel, without prior warnings.
Reasons why BOL TV License has been suspended
1) They are portraying the true positive image of Pakistan
2) They are paying respect to the judiciary of Pakistan
3) They are promoting the narrative of armed forces for a better Pakistan
4) They are constantly raising voice against Kashmir issue
Hence, the government has yet again misused one of its lackey to hide its mischiefs and has caused another trouble for itself as an outrage of general public has emerged on social media after this decision was made public.

Yes but Noon League along with abar alam had instructed cable operators not to air the channel it is still off air
