Peak Feminism: Sexual Favors For Free Housing

Quran and Hadith

It is also clearly indicated by the hadeeth of Abu Bakrah who said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard that the Persians had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their queen, he said, “No people who appoint a woman as their leader will ever prosper.”(Reported by al-Bukhaari, 13/53).

So if you disagree with laws in the Quran and I am not taking about the applicability of those laws but the fact there are these unequal laws that can potentially be applied, (some more general others less)why do you call yourself a Muslim? Is it because you were born into a Muslim family? It seems to me you are clear that you disagree with the author of the Quran on this issue.

Regarding apostates, there is a difference of opinion on how to treat those who apostasize. If this is not within your knowledge then please watch the video I linked. (I was not taking about whether someone is one or not but rather what is the punishment)

I must say I appreciate your honesty. I wish more Pakistanis were like you.

What a poor attempt at trying to save face. Today I learned that agreeing with the law that was meant to be aimed at Islamic states in the 8th century is a requirement in being a Muslim. Well newsflash, we are in the 21st century now, another newsflash there are no more truly Islamic states on the face of the earth (maybe you could count ISIS). Every single country has diluted the shariah to the state it is in today. Ofcourse there are some logical aspects of the shariah that need to be maintained such as the idea of a welfare state and the treatment of murderers and whatnot. All states and lawmakers realise this which is why they have all made major amendments to their version of the shariah. An example of this being that all Muslim states have completely erased the concept of slavery from their laws because they are aware that it is simply not compatible with the modern world. Which brings me to my next question, do you believe that slavery is a valid concept. No ifs and buts please I'm simply talking about the idea that should it be allowed that one man legally OWN another man/woman. Yes or no.

i not only hate the west for what it is, but also for what it is transforming the world into

the R word is not enough here, this is even beyond the R word, the Rs still have some degnity

materialistic world is destroying humanity, and it will destroy it once and for ever. and without humanity there is no future for human existence.

west has no past, no future, was never civilized until industrialization yet it wants to destroy civilized nations and mold it into its barbaric social customs.

world functioned a lot better before europe go civilized, europe getting civilized was signalled end of the world.

@Asim B. , the OP article seems as bad as feminism. The article looks like it has been written by a mullah.

Most Pakistani marriages tend to be organised prostitution where parents are offloading their liability and woman gains a living by opening her vagina..kids are produced as insurance policy. Nobody talks about this...it has completely destroyed Pakistani society with over population and crisis of health , hygiene, security, terrorism etc. I believe this is a far bigger hazard for our long term survival than some people freely exchanging their sexuality under their own will.
when i see people with your kind of sick thinking i really understand why family planning was introduced
your parents should have used this option

Why only Pakistani marriages?? All traditional marriages are like that.

Additionally, the wedding invitation or the reception invitation is basically an announcement to every Tom, Dick and Harry that their son or daughter is going to have s3x later that night. Embarrassing.

Shouldn't Female participation and their voice also be included in this discussion? We are already discussing it but their opinion will be more significant. Where are they? This is not about feminism or anti feminism...but the discussion is incomplete without listening to what women have to say about these matters.

Peak Feminism: Two women are running the London Marathon in their underwear

"We are doing it to prove that exercise is for everyone, that you can be ‘overweight’ and healthy."

Women should never ever be left to their own devices because it will eventually lead to catastrophic disasters for the humanity. When the men decided to abandon religious moral values, this is how the society finally transpired in to.

No because that assuming that people don't marry out of love which most people do in traditional marriages.

Sex is a natural human act for procreation within the boundaries of marriage. All adults know about it.

But since when did Liberals start caring about shame?

I am not talking about the entire corpus of Sharia Law. I understand that a lot of it is from rulings of Scholars of old (of course derived from Quran and Ahadith) and is often limited in scope and is not binding upon all times or all places. Please read the late Pakistan ideologue Muhammad Asad, director of the defunct Dept of Islamic reconstruction for more details.
(https://archive.org/stream/ThePrinc...tate and Government in Islam#page/n0/mode/2up)

What I was talking about was a specific and clear law directly in the Quran which is generally applicable for all times and places (I am also aware that a judge may make an exception, but exceptions are rare by their very nature). So let me ask you do you agree with another unequal law directly in the Quran which is generally applicable for all times and places: a Man can have four wives (with certain conditions) but a woman only one husband?

Coming onto slavery. Islam wishes to eradicate slavery to other men and replace it with slavery to God and it is good the Muslim states have eradicated slavery. However no law in the Quran can be abrogated by any combination of States or Scholars. So the law which allows "right hand possessions" is valid of course with certain criteria. And I am agreeable to this. Even if Muslim states have eradicated slavery, slavery could come back again (temporarily) particularly during a war or after a war. Muslims may find themselves with slaves from the enemy and so there are law(s) for dealing with them with the view of re-integrating them back to society. Ideally there should not be any wars however as you know that ain't gonna happen. Secondly, an Islamic state might find itself, in future, in control of territory where slavery already exists and therefore there are laws in place to deal with this with the view of re-integrating slaves back into society. (This second point is unlikely nowadays but the first example still stands).
Even if all wars were eradicated and there was no slavery whatsoever, even then that law could not be abrogated as it is in the Quran and that book is valid till the Hour.

Please do not confuse the fact that their are laws about slaves in the Quran with the idea that the Quran promotes slavery or encourages Muslims to seek slaves.

You are fully aware that no Muslim state is truly acting in accordance with Quran and Sunnah, especially so called ISIS.

Now are there any other laws in the Quran that you are ashamed of??
