ULFA is not a terrorist org... it is a separatist movement... There is no proof that Bangladeshi government ever helped them directly. Iraq is helping kurd rebels by letting them living inside kurdish northern region. It is not a crime. Iraq is also help helping MEK to stay inside Iraq. As Bangladesh has gained independence from such struggle, Bangladesh should have remained kind to them...As I said earlier this was a pretty good card for Bangladesh to play it with India... Kolkata had shanty look then and now, not much changed. That is because Indian nationality West Bengal people assumed, rulers left them high and dry and developed elsewhere in india. And because Kolkata was ruled by communist regime for long time. But because of refugees Kolkatans had some more jobs and more looting money from these refugees and foreign aid. West Bengal people should be grateful to Bangladeshi contribution to their life and livelihood. BUT there has to be proper account for these Indian looting.

America and china where on pakistan side. Those freedom fighters would have been terribly butchered by pak army worse than tianmen massacred and mujibur would have been hanged in middle of road. And no western country would have made a noise. Situation is not that difficult to imagine.
