Unbelievable - i saw this the other day - its terrible how minorities are treated. Then our Indian members turn a blind eye to it - yet when sad incidents occur in Pakistan they cant post enough! Accept - there is good and bad everywhere - lets eradicate it everywhere!!!!

And whats so striking? I have just come from the thread Don't Push us to the Walls: Hindus. And here we have the same guys claiming what was going on in Pakistan was a horrible act of genocide on Hindus justifying this.

I have no idea what the pastor did for which he suffered such a fate. If practicing your religion is a crime in India the country should stop calling itself a secular country. The fact that people are converting in Orissa of their free will is constantly frustrating the Indians.

Nick - this is a true story - 2 American jehovahs witnesses came to our house a while back and spent an hour trying to persuade my mum to become a member of their faith. Imagine how i felt when i came home and saw my mum sitting with them with all their literature and my sis in law making them tea. I politely escorted them out and told them whatever they had said hadn't registered as my mum was deaf and her hearing aid had been misplaced.
Dude i didnt start battering them!!! I don't believe in preaching and conversions etc but violence ANYWHERE is wrong - im sure we both agree!

you make false promises of God, such as Jesus is desending to earth and is going to leave behind the rest of the religion and is going to take the Chirstians to the heaven and make the illetrate people belive in Christianity with cheap tricks such as trowing a steel idol of Hindu god in water and showing them that Hindu gods submerge and they are not real and throw a wooden cross and say Jesus flots over water and will save the human kind.

I have seen these kind of cheep trick used in the remote villages of Chatisgar and Jarkand where the illatracy rate is high. Heck even I approched a preacher and challenged him to throw the Hindu idol and the cross in to fire and witness which god survies. He just mumbled.

Isolated cases of violance happens all over the world, just stop your ranting. A few days ago a Indian student was shot dead in UK, there is a number of cases where Indians are targeted by Aussis. So do the Indians see these as isolated incidents or do we call that the entire UK and Australia is racist. NO.
so if you have any brains, question logically and you'll get your answers from within.

The difference is that Indian does not constitutionally discriminate against minorities like Pakistan does . No blasphemy laws here , neither are minorities barred from top positions like PM or President .
