This idea is great...but u r a little late...it's already been done.

What u thought India was crazy to be capturing all those pigeons? Also it was no coincidence that when India struck the "terrorist launchpads"...a dead crow was found.

Of course Pakistan would never officially acknowledge it bcuz it is classified...but u r definitely on to something. Just be careful bcuz the ISI might be monitoring u for possessing such sensitive information.

India only captured those pigeons because they were real pigeons that roam wherever they want, a drone pigeon is never going to be captured by Indian soldiers unless India decides it wants to start shooting every pigeon out of the sky.

such a small drone would not have enough range, payload and capacity to do anything in India for any duration of time, and carrying anything of significance.
