Nothing changes on the ground,no Pakistani politician has the power to override PA on these matters.
What he can do is follow the policies on PA and pretend he is making the policies or go against PA and get overthrown in the process

No Indian politician has ever managed to or is capable of changing India's Kashmir Occupation policy which is dictated by the Indian Army.

As per Indian Army's record, as soon as any Indian politician even dreams of changing India's Kashmir Occupation policy, the Indian Army has been quick to carry out terrorist attacks all over India in order to pressure the politicians to blame Pakistan and break relations with Pakistan.

I can't see any Indian politician being capable of setting a foreign policy in respect Kashmir Occupation against the wishes of the Indian Army.

It's a sad state of events for India where over a billion people have been living in poverty for 71 years due Indian Army's delusional foreign and defence policies.

Yes it's Indian army which over throws it's govt ,it's the Indian army which does kargil when the civilian govt is talking,it's the Indian army which says Kashmir is the jugular vein.
