MBDA, represented here by its Italian branch, finalised in 2010 deliveries of the SPADA ground-based air defence system which is now in service with the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). The missile-house is now considering not only supplying more SPADA 2000s to the PAF, but also “plans to supply a few batteries to the ground forces,” MBDA told us. As the latter are looking for a more mobile system, MBDA last year proposed a technical solution with a view to opening negotiations with the Pakistani ground forces.

I have seen this , it’s just the launch platform on transport platform for deployment what’s left is the platform and transport trolly is removed what I meant a solution where the transport truck is raised and the missile launcher is still part of transport truck like most other platforms such as fm-90, Ly-80

I think this solution does requires removing the Trolly before firing

May be more reaction/deployment and movement time for paf may not make difference or may be for area defense weapon system such as spada it’s radar cover 60 sq km while Missile covers 20-25 square km vs short range with max 10 miles or km

If PA does buy Pantsir S2 , it will be a good addition in terms of Mobile short range SAM

As per the report, MBDA offered 'mobile version' of Spada to PA. Could be the truck mounted version.
