When i was in Pakistan in 2013, i use to jog along the road you see in the OP.
Use to see this massive net on the left side and always wondered what was in it....now i know.

in kuala lampur i mean ... there is another place in the outskirts of kuala lampur called genting highlands...if u been there in winter then u would be walking and riding awesome rides in clouds....where 5 inch visibilty is there...hell awesome country
