No he is not. Please listen carefully. He is diplomatic but still the message is clear that Pakistan will not anyone in Yemen. However Pakistan will protect Hijaz and sovereignty & integrity of KSA if threatened. This is the same stance.

He didn't mention Hejaz, he mentioned that he'll protect the kingdom against "Houthis". He clearly sided with the kingdom while totally ignored the atrocities of Saudis over Yemeni people. I am his fan but he's totally out of his mind here.
