Nothing the OP says is unusual nor mind blowing.
Actually we already knew that KSA brought Sisi because they did not want a strong, independent Egypt.
Ever since Gamal Abdul Nasser’s days, KSA has always viewed Egypt as a threat to its leadership in the Arab world.
Keeping Egypt weak, bankrupt, and a slave to US, Israel, and KSA is part of their policy to prevent a fresh, new, vibrant Muslim power from emerging.
