Elite Police (Police Commandos)

"Elite Police" was formed in 1988 and is a commando unit specialising in counter-terrorism operations and providing security to VIP and VVIP.
When joining the Elite Police Unit you must go through six months of extensive training at the Elite Police Training School, located in Lahore.
One of the major engagements under the belt of "The Elite Police" is the defence against the 2009 attack on the Sri Lanka cricket team and the 2009 attack on The Police Academy. ​
