Bangladesh Hasina is pro India and her favor of India is required for her anti-Pakistan followers to stay true to her.
I dont thing Hasina will ever favor Pakiatan over India, she can only be coerced by China to do certain things but on her own she has personal hatred for Pakistan which will hinder any favorable relation between the two countries.

Cooperation at every and any level can't be fully appreciated.
