For us Salman Rushdie is what Aiman al Zawahiri is for the west. When the champions of 'free speech' start publishing Zwahiri or Al Awlaki's terrorist publications, we will allow the Islamophobic Rushdie to be published in Pakistan....till then, they just have to suck it up.

Regardless of the West's motivation in promoting Malala the fact is that she is become an inspirations for millions of out-of-school children, particularly girls, to enroll in schools.

Malala Yousufzai has already inspired about 200,000 children, including 75,000 girls, to enroll in primary schools in Pakistan's Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KP) province, according to the provincial education minister.

good for her that she achieved fame and there is no denying her bold speechless, english comprehension and the famous incident made her famous, but she has done nothing to effect others in a positive way, her contribution is not worthy to be counted, nobody can take away how she is famous today thats for certain

she maybe taken as an inspiration to go against the tide and speak about education literacy not only in FATA but pakistan in general, but she has only spoken, not contributed anything to change what she believes in..

i can talk too, but then, i am not from fata, nor i was shot by talibans, im not from a desolated place where i maybe the only one to speak english and communicate with the international media, media didn't come to my area to highlight operation and got me highlighted, nor i have the talent to be so outspoken so her circumstances and talent to given emotional speeches are very important and should be taken into account while assessing her

Yeah if you fail to provide security to 14 year old kids from Taliban then it is your shame and disrepute. She is not maligning Pakistan, we are doing that ourselves. Make no mistake, we are responsible for harboring Talibans, TTPs, OBL etc etc. Every terrorist trains in Waziristan. Every major terror attack originates from there. Worse Sectarianism is in Pakistan, Polio and dengue are still found here. So i dont think she has done anything or needs to malign us.If at all she has inspired thousands of girls to fight for their education.
