BEIJING - Special Economic Zones (SEZs) will enable Pakistan to get foreign capital and advanced technology, said Professor Cheng Xizhong of Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

It will also expedite Pakistan towards industrialization and modernization. It is expected that a formal groundbreaking ceremony of Rashakai Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the first project for implementation of industrial cooperation under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), will be held soon.

With increasingly concrete progress having been made in the development of the CPEC, a flagship project of “Belt and Road Initiative” (BRI), the focus of corridor development will gradually transit from infrastructure construction to industrial development under full discussion and consultation between China and Pakistan.

Quoting Cheng Xizhong, China Economic Net said that on top of everything else, it should be fully recognized that the construction of the 22 energy and transportation infrastructure projects in the first phase of the CPEC has created favourable conditions for the comprehensive development of Pakistan, including SEZs.

As the development of the CPEC gains momentum in the second phase, especially with the construction of the SEZs, new changes are expected to take place in Pakistan. In his comments, Cheng Xizhong, the development of the SEZs in cultivating scale economy by mass production and enhancing export of industrial products will bring a lot of financial interests to Pakistan.

I have heard about it but never seen up close in china. But yea its possible. We need to keep close eye on chinese nationals in our country they habe a very bad reputation whereever they go in the world.

Im not against them but i know them so yea keeping an eye is a must. But those incharge of such duties are very very courpt pakistani officers. Very couprt

They had a very different shine in their eyes when they say dogs roaming around free. Even later demanded for one which he refused, they complained to the higher ups and eventually were gifted with a bbq lawn and a poor dog lol

Yes iv lived in china for 7 years. Iv seen them eat dogs in dinner. But babies eating was a rumor i could never confirm. My medical superior doctor in gynecological ward did however say aborted human babies sell for high price . i was disgusted even to think such stuff. But if u dont have morals and faith human beings and animals are not so different.

Not all chinese are like this but yes there are a few i know of. To me there is no difference between an ahtiest human and a lion or tiger or any predator of sorts animals. No offense intended its just common sense.

Anyways our land we need to protect it from foreign criminals. Good people are always welcome. Sadly we have courpt officers incharge of public security. I hope naya pakistan changes it fast.

Here across the border; they brought in labour who were low level criminals to build stadiums and other infrastructure work; tonnes of dogs disappears from neighbourhoods. Next they would tap into people's phone lines and poor people were getting shocking bills on phones etc etc. notorious.

Why did u try to cover it up? But there isnt a genocide in xinjiang as they claim. Its mostly similar to whats going on in pakistani and iranian bakochistan or turkish kurdistan. Its seperatism. Nothing to do with islam in my opinion. Plus no genocide or camps. I lived in xinjiang during peak tensions i also visit regularly. Thats propaganda to break china. Make it weak state like india is or russia is.
