Yes a lot of research reactors, Westinghouse is old news and Japan was like a US state then..

Not just research reactors but TEPCO imported reactors from them which underwent meltdown in 2011 tsunami. I think quite a few reactors there are American built.
Takahama Nuclear Power Plant and GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy comes to mind.

There is a difference in being a country possessing nuclear weapons and a country with nuclear power generation industry. Pakistan's reactors were provided by China and France mainly.
