During battle, well-drilled soldiers will respond instantaneously to a command, which is crucial in any mission, particularly firefights. Pakistan Rangers did a great job saving civilians from Indian terrorists. Obviously they cannot save each and every civilian because they don't have some godly power of catching bullets all around. Indian terrorists somehow find civilians to target them.
