They are actually saying that they have raised more money for their skyscrapers/mills in different countries eg more towers for Dar in Georgia, and their properties in London.
And for zardari to spent on h o o k e r s + misc ayashi.

These big numbers are just pledges, and nothing real, concrete comes out from pledges.

Just as Shahbaz Sharif pledged that he will turn the country around and Pakistan will rise like a rocket.

And his pledge that he will sell his clothes to buy Atta for the poor.
