This is why we need change in the system. You can't just fit a guy from diplomacy to police to revenue and finance just because he/she cleared CSS.

It is an outdated system.

Ratta CSS system belongs in 1890s when gora was still ruling over us.

We need to bring in a better system where competent people are hired. Not people who just want to be "afsars".

People often think private courier are better and their deliveries are almost guaranteed, that's ridiculous, I have exposed their frauds dozens of time only problem was PakPost was not up to the mark, but now even the corporate world is going to at-least experiment with PakPost, even 90% successful delivery would be great.

Different govt sectors can be made profitable if they are vertically linked like Pakistan railway,PIA, shipping lines with Pakistan post. Complete supply chain mgt. Underutilization results in losses owing to high fixed costs and less turnover.

Otherwise a chinese amazon will come and takeover the whole supply chain.

Let us see how Pak Post improves going forward.

There should be post bank as well and pak post should work as main handler of all posts, private or official.

Actually this idea is not new. In Germany deutsche Post has a bank(that works in collaboration with Deutsche bank) and deutsche Post handles every post, whether official or unofficial.
And yes, whatever politicians purchase, policy is policy, and govt orgs remain unharmed anyhow.
I want to make Pakistan a role model for the world.
