Seems he missed his cola doze, Article he posted clearly says, India moved back to Peacetime alert, which means all assets which were mobilized during the conflict has been reverted to peacetime locations. You can not have your forces at high alert positions and claim gone back to peacetime alert.

Keep believing that . No secret Indian government made official requests and removal of fighters from formal air bases was Pakistan's condition.

Pakistan only removed F-7PGs from forward bases to give its best BVR platforms the higher probability to engage.

I have heard from reliable sources that when Pakistan insisted that IAF aircraft shall be removed from the forward bases; Indian response was that you would have already realized on Feb 26 & 27, that our airplanes are as good as "Khoti Rairhis" and they are utterly useless, whether we keep them on our forward bases or not, so you don't need to entertain any worries, on this account. Consequently Pakistan agreed to Indian proposition and opened the air space.
