Why do u think they didnot show the hit?

Hit was probably there but the babur strike was played in slo-mo with last few frames of the video omitted.

The first missile hit at 12 seconds is a miss...

I don't think so, prbably just different explosive activation mechanism for harpoon vs exocet. The target is also a wire gauze type in an X shape so it probably detonated near the outermost angle.

No, you are wrong. At 22 seconds you can see exactly what a hit would have looked like. It was definitely a miss.
