Pakistan has never lost a war on its own territory, this is true.

By 1971, BD was already gone due to locals. It was impossible but our men fought bravely.

In West Pakistan of the time, we completely devastated the Indian military and caused them to retreat and cease attacks, that too done by mainly irregulars and locals as the main forces were in Kashmir and BD.

well if thats true then maybe bangladesh was afghan territory. siachen and kargil belonged to iran and kashmir was chinese territory so the wars lost on these territories cannot be attributed to pakistan. Lumber one logic

Pakistan became stronger and more unified after '71, fact. Also we distanced ourselves completely from Indian cultural hegemony and became closer to Arabs, Turks, and Afghans.

'71 was a blessing and BD should have been separate from the get-go as Ch. Rehmat Ali envisioned.

He also wanted an independent Indian Muslim state in UP and Hyderabad.
