Pakistan had enough of war against terrorism: Sherry Rehman

Ah, but will Pakistan continue the process or give it up, as the minister suggests? Pakistan's record, after all, is highly suspect: terrorists plotting from jails, magical escapes, easy releases. The record is so long, why should Pakistan get the benefit of doubt anymore?

Especially since, as Jihad points out elsewhere, many Pakistanis insist upon the right to deny everything unless proved otherwise. When it is OK to use fibs to hide guilt, that is taking the principle of "innocent until proved guilty" to an unhealthy extreme. Do you still wonder why so many people, both in and outside Pakistan, consider almost every Pakistani is someone whose word is not to be trusted?

Solomon2 i dont know where your coming from but surely you live in another country there are billions of war crimes in Afganistan and Iraq just like Israel did with Palestine my Uncle is a veteran who fought against Russians and now hes still serving in Afganistan fighting against US ; i am going to tell you most of your soliders suffers from PSTD and many other retardedness.Sherry Rehman is right its enough killing of our own people.

Inshallah victory is near ! :pakistan:

Definitely a sign of vociferation from Mrs. Sherry Rahman. It shows the fraustration on part of the GOP as well as militarily of dealing with current situation at hand. The terrorist are gaining a upperhand in Pakistan and it has become a worrisome senario.

With the increasing troop in the Afganistan in near future will help the region, but only towards the afganistanie side, but the Pakistanie side will still remain a big question mark. With such show of fraustration will become GOP worest nightmare, which is isolation.

Any improvement from the Afghan side will also improve Pakistan side as well because most of the weapons are actually smuggled from Afghanistan ...

Is India going to stop using it's consulates in Afghanistan to support terrorist activities in Pakistan?

When is India going to site and discuss Kashmir issue?

These are the big issues because key to peace in the region lies with India.

Time will be the judge of that... We shall see, who fails and who stay's the course.

But the US's word is sacred ;) I'm sure WMD are going to turn up any moment in Iraq.

Lol, I've never read so much blind tomfoolery. If you can't see how much the world trusts America right now, not only with your whole economic system collapsing because of your deceptiveness and lies, then you can see why US hegemony was so short lived and only prolonged by immigrant workers.

No it does not, When did India start an movement towards talibanization and al queda idelogy. When did India start a movement in afganistan regarding sharia laws.

What Pakistan is facing internally has nothing to do with India. Peace in the region lies with Pakistan alone, not India.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with Sharia law and I would love to see it imposed in Pakistan. Problem is that Sharia doesn't allow extremisim and implementation by force and this is exacrly what Talibans like to do.

So you think Al-Qaeda and Talibs are the ONLY threat to the peace of this region??

What about RSS and Shiv Sena who have infiltrated India Army and blow up trains full of innocent people??

Indian govt and it's agencies are supporting Al-Qaeda and Taliban insurgents in Pakistan to create chaos. This is a fact like the fact that Brahamdagh Bugti is also an Indian agent travelling in Indian Consulate cars!

India politicians are all in agreement to talk about Kashmir but this will be a political suicide for them.

Indian media and above all general public in India need to realize the Kashmir issue. Core of the issue is that the majority of the Kashmiris don't want to be a part of India.

If India accepts their legitimate demand then who is next? Khalistan? Naga Land? This is what scares the crap out of Indian!

The Arabs of Gaza (and to a lesser extent, those of West Bank) live under a regime that breaks the legs and lives of those who say the "wrong" things. One must always keep in mind that no matter what this commenter thinks, he has to say what he says under threat of compulsion, and therefore his words must be discounted accordingly.

What are you talking about ?US is still the lone superpower and will remain so for the next decade and a half, atleast. And even after that it will remain the most powerful nation.

Just a wet dream.
The world is bipolar now. And US is tasting ugly fruit of that tree which it nutured in Afganistan during the Soviet War.
