Unfortunate that a civilian died. But then if your lot will threaten us with collateral damage which essentially means that your forces will target civilians INTENTIONALLY, This will what you get in return!

Dont talk as if this is the first time a civilian succumbed to the border firing. They have happened before, happening now and will happen in the future. If at all IA intentionally wanted to target civilians, the casuality figure would have been much much higher. It is what it is called for a reason...collateral damage.

Not necessarily. Soldiers interact at all levels all the time. It isn't written anywhere that only Brigadiers would go for flag meetings.
