If a lynching is happening or a rape is taking place, we are failing at social level.
If the crime committed by people is not punished according to law then Judiciary will fail.

I dont know if you have any idea that India brought in Right to information in 2005. Its still in draft form in Pakisthan. FOIA has no teeths and has limited applicability on FGO's

And fortunately, the crime committed are getting punished as per law, so our Judiciary system is performing, although it might be delayed at times..but its working...

Time to play diplomacy with turkey, this kind of situations are better managed at diplomatic level to gain some breather and some ambical settlements.

doubtful if every project goes that way then what is point in having agreements? Private sector will lose confidence and will not invest in the country.

These two status quo parties must not again come into power, Pakistan is not a rich country where they can pay huge damages, Godfather league and Pee pee pee have left no stone to damage Pakistan as much as possible, its purely incompetence and sheer treachery of the highest calibre. if these two status parties come again into power, they will probably sell half of the country Pakistani assets in next five years to pay for the compensation, Godfather league did nothing to investigate corruption in Karkey contract, had NAB prosecuted those responsible for the debacle, maybe our case could have been fought better at the international court.
