Pakistan Export map, 2010, data is still relevant and trend is same today.

We really need to diversify the target markets for our exports !

Any countries you have in mind? I would like to see more trade and exports between Pakistan and CARs.

UK isnt on the map.....My kitchen is full of Pakistani stuff directly imported by retailers in UK

India and pakistan trade can go upto 40 bill$ and over 500 bill$ by 2040. Seeing 1.5 billion people and economies growing at 7% per annum, there is trememdous potential for growth. What do you guys say?? Are eduacted pakistanis willing to take business with India to next level??? I would like to know Pakistani view on this.

That will help India also because for that Pakistan will have to provide Afghanistan, a transit route to India.

Not possible when word trust is not in dictionaries of both countries. Business aside, you can't even spare sports from politics. That's the fact now don't start finger pointing as it's never ending.

Not necessarily, trade between Pakistan and CARs can be done via Karakorum highway so via China, which is probably a safer transit route than one through Afghanistan.

i see so many non-bordering countries, yet comparatively few immediate or close neighbours. im also willing to bet a large chunk of that 15% with uae is actually for indirect trade to the subcontinent. where is bangladesh on the list, nepal, sri lanka, india? until and unless the region is economically integrated, trade with the rest of the world will be but a sliver of its potential. put aside the foolish histrionics for once, and act like humans with a purpose, for the people of the subcontinent if nothing else.

Pakistan has nothing to offer India with trade. We beter trade with Korea, Japan, Iran, Turkey, GCC North Africa, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Spain, etc...
