Pakistan doesn't know how to build advanced Helicopters?

Pakistan is currently busy in destroying terrorisms and it will take likely forever to finish them but we don't have own advanced helicopters last twenty years. We always obsessed with F-16, where is freaking helicopters?

This is worst helicopters we've ever seen, why Pakistan can't develop high quality helicopters like Turkey, Russia and China? We can build Al Khalid tanks or super missiles, right?

At least, yes there is some heavy foregin parts but already make it work. That's all matters.

Uhmm yea we do....
step one of building advanced helicopters: hire the chinese to do it.
step two of building advanced helicopters: wait patiently while the chinese do it for us
