Adnan Siddiqui who is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Sridevi starrer Mom, has turned out to be a big fan of Indian television.

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Adnan revealed that the Indian industry is far ahead of Pakistan when it comes to reality shows.

“I am not very familiar with Indian drama shows but if you talk about Indian reality shows and the way they are executed, then there is no comparison. I don’t think, we in Pakistan, have reached that point where we make such big reality shows. We have everything taped,” he said.

As a number of Pakistani artists are crossing the border, the 46-year-old actor feels that an exchange of talent can prove to be good for global entertainment.

“I feel that we can work together if we have a joint production. We can have directors from Pakistan, actors from India work together. That is going to be a big change,” he said.

“If I want to copy Indian style or India wants to copy Pakistan’s style, then that won’t work. We should work in our own capacity and horizons,” he added.

Adnan also revealed that he would like his first Bollywood film to hit screens before he considers other offers.

“I am not considering any offer from Bollywood seriously. I am waiting for my first movie to be launched and screened in India and all over the world and then I will reach out organically,” he said.

“I am already juggling too many things. I am into production, I am looking after my outdoor advertising, I am acting and of course working in India and being away from home. I just cannot take too many things, I have my plate full right now,” he added.

But the question should be can indian dramas compete with Pakistans, reality TV shows are watched by people who are either alone in this world or have low IQ

our serials are much more better and popular than Indian counterparts . Even their bollywood stars say so .

reality shows are overrated anyways. plus every nation's got their own thing that they are good at.

but then again who really can? they have produced such awesome T.V shows nothing else really comes close
Have you seen the Keeping Up with the Kardashians ? its stupid.

for every single show like that there are shows like Game of Thrones, Homeland, The Americans, House of Cards, House M.D (a pretty long list follows) ....what i'm trying to say is that they make quality sh!t...sure there's shows like the one you mentioned but there's an overwhelming majority of quality stuff too that wins over any inferior production.

I love house of cards . the Machiavellian ways of frank are amazing.

No, i mean can we expect RS like Pak Splitsvilla or Roadies in the next decade ?

:astagh::astagh::astagh:

They are better off without them. They did try their hand at "Roadies" type of show with a long haired clown. Look it up, it was hilarious as ****. Especially when he tried to speak Inglisss or better when he tried to insult someone in Ingliss.
