-State of Pakistan can help workers already illegally staying in Greece, Spain, Turkey and Italy get legal status
-Countries like Romania, Lithuania, Croatia, and Latvia need immigrants to sustain.
-Russia needs people.
-immigrants in Middle East could be Encouraged to settle in countries to Permanently settle in the above mentioned countries and regions.

Immigration is like putting a small bandage on a broken leg. How many are you going send off? 100million out of 300million?

What we need is Chinese style export led development. If by some miracle we can put aside all regional, political & local issues and become factory floor of the world only then we can give employment to these hundreds of millions. Otherwise we already have vultures from political parties, religious sects ready to turn these millions of people in to foot soldiers. That would be a disaster.

If somehow we can just get our heads down and get to work--make policies, improve law & order, strengthen central Gov, control irritants in the country like TLP, TTP, PTM, Fazlu etc, and bend over backwards to attract low skilled jobs in textiles, manufacturing.

Few flaws in your arguement.
1- economic growth isn’t in stasis that population needs to be adjusted for that percentage. It’s opposite population and their economic activity determines the economic growth

2- sending out skilled workers abroad will increase their economy while decreasing your economy

Think of population as labor and labor as a resource like natural resources. It’s immensely good to have a lot of natural resources. But if those resources are just sitting idly by then it helps no one. And if the people that can truly mobilize the labor effectively are sent abroad then it really does hurt the economy
That’s how US stays ahead it takes the best labor from every country in the world and use them to benefit the US economy

Let’s do some math based on ur numbers. Right now GDP/capita is $1350 at a constant 6% growth by 2050 the capita increases to $7753 * by 500 million puts your economy at $3.8 trillion dollars
