Pakistan bans Indian films from being screened in country

.
You ask some good questions, but if bans are bullshit, and yet you support it, aren't you in effect supporting bullshit?

As long as Pakistani youth have access to the internet, their minds will be exposed to all types of content, Indian and much besides too. There is no effective way to stop this except by presenting a better point of view. Bans simply do not work.
But, cable operators are major source.

.
We need to educate our masses on how to stop this epidemic of Bollywood. Although in recent times I have seen its trend among Pakistanis going down, there is more required to tackle this menace. I must say, we all share this responsibility to spread this word and Boycott everything which comes from India.

You can teach your kids to not touch fire, you but it's always better to put a safety guard around the fire anyway, just in case the stupid little things want to touch it to see if it's still hot. We've all done it - there's nothing good on TV, so you watch some BS because you can't be bothered to get up and do something better.

Yes i am supporting BS, in this instance BS is better than nothing. You're absolutely 100% correct when you say There is no effective way to stop this except by presenting a better point of view. As a nation we fail as parents, we fail as communities when we cannot effectively present our own narrative within ourselves.

Should have done it long time

Absolutely. We have failed as a society in the cultural aspect. Each mind needs rest and stimulation away from the problems of our lives. We've always had entertainment in some form or other as a distraction.

Where are our poets? our story tellers? I walked into a masjid in Morocco earlier on this year and a few men were sat with a drum singing nasheeds. The masjid was empty, it was not salah time, they were doing so for love of RasoolAllah (saws) and for the enjoyment of the act itself.

In our communities we've built walls around each other. There is not majlis, there is no chill. We live in our houses, in our rooms, in our phones, in our headphones. How can ideas be exchanged from one generation to the next like this? Before the phones it was TV.

We need libraries, we need time to talk as a family, we need people chatting in coffee houses and masjids and parks and open areas.

In our village 20 years ago at the end of the day, after dinner families would visit each other and talk to each other between the times of Maghrib and Isha. Friends would gather at this time in each others homes, wives and kids in tow. Today everyone is in front of their own phone or tv. It's cultural decay.

Will PDF stop PTI trolls to stop Posting pictures of Bollywood and other indians with Imran Khan as means of projecting Soft Power of aman ka tamasha?

Fact:

Pakistani army previously fighting with the Support of Mujahideen & after policy changing Mujahideen becomes terrorists.

Now feel alone & can't fight long-term war with India. Infact they ask for help & Rejected .

This is my observation, only few fake eco available.

That's why said

"Think before you speak & act"

Pakistani Generals Could not be able to fight with India & you ask for freed Kashmir. [emoji23]

Agar aesa hota to tum ab tuk ghar wapis ja chukey hotey

We must do something. This is something. Therefore we must do it. Got it. Makes perfect sense.

There is a problem. I can't fix it immediately. Lets not try to mitigate the impact.

My roof leaks, I don't have a ladder to reach it, lets not put a bucket under the leak.

Had a great opportunity to attend concerts of Nushrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab, Rahat Ali, Gulam Ali Sahabs....nothing can beat the mesmerizing experiences of live concerts.

As far a food is concerned..packaged foods never made sense if one has to enjoy delicacy at its best...
And probably the exports are also now called off...
Culture exchange with the swamp should have never taken place.

.
Great move, should have been done years ago in light of moral and societal degradation in India.

Mate I don't think giving example of morroco is a good choice. I've been to morroco twice and when compared to it, Pakistan is far more religiously observant. I went to casa Blanca and two blocks the grand Hussain 2 mosque, there were 3 story nightclubs and bars. There's no shame in Morocco, men and women getting drunk and losing their dignity. Morrocan women are literally known in the Arab world as "maghribi magic" men from the Arab world go to morroco to "have fun" with the women there.

I know - i wasn't making that kind of comparison, i was just giving an example where i saw people seeking simple pleasures. I could have referenced kids playing cricket in the street, or friends sitting and telling jokes. It was never intended as a cultural comparison.

Btw Casablanca is amazing! i wish i had spent more time there.
