At moment its around 7-8b and that too might be illegal ..but yeah 25tax would be levied on it

It's only a MoU, not a treaty yet. Still long way to go. And once the treaty is signed, judicial proceedings in Pakistan will have to prove that the money was stolen nefore the Swiss hand over the money.

Still a good step in the right direction. The next govt may actually capitalize on this.

Of they are Pakistani residents we might be able to ask for atlesst tax 25%..but they will probably buy another country citizenship and act as foreigners /overseas ..in that case the stay act (more than 181) days can be used

It's just an agreement, this means Switzerland get high morale certificate but nothing is coming back (may be couple of million $), but may be for future money laundering to Switzerland is a closed avenue.
I also believe, amount spent by state of Pakistan will exceed far more than amount ever recovered.
Now look at this trip, i bet the direct costs would be in excess of $1 million and man hours spent would be in thousands.
If we count the previous costs eventually the whole deal would be a loss for Pakistan.
Clearly reflects Pakistan bureaucrats are just glorified donkeys.
In west every thing is looked upon as profit and loss, and Pakistani diplomats always spent money and man hours for no profit of Pakistan.
