Pakistan is focusing too much of on northern areas, for many people beaches are greater than mountains, people just want to relax in sun rather than doing strenous hikes.

There are some huge developments going on with beaches around Gwadar. It's just since most people who come to Pakistan are foccussed on mountains for now so not much attention goes towards the beaches yet. And Karachi beach and the people who roam there are nothing to be proud off for now.
