ISLAMABAD - Pakistan launches most advanced military armed drone with Selex Galileo technology which can missile target at longer ranges.

Pakistan launches indigenous developed military armed drone Burraq upgradation of previously launched drone as Pakistan launched Burraq three years ago .

It is a locally-produced drone equipped with Selex Galileo technology which can successfully hit its target at a height of fifteen thousand feet.

Achieving key goals in defense technology, drones are armed with missile technology, the Burraq drone is a masterpiece and outcome of the capabilities of Pakistani scientists and engineers. The electric drone can fly for up to 10 hours at an altitude of 15,000 feet.

The missile is completely manufactured in Pakistan and is capable of successfully hitting its target. Electro-Selex is a drone with the Galileo technology.

Shaheer drone , also used by the Armed Forces previously, has been developed locally to monitor borders. At present, more than eight companies in Pakistan are working on drone techno logistics, including the private sector.

All drone technology projects are under the management of the Strategic Plan Division. Pakistan is also exporting surveillance drones to several countries including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Man, they really screw up - use metric terms and grammar - 'which can successfully hit its target from a height of 5000m'.

The pic is not Buraq.

Does anybody know capabilities of missiles? Can this mobile be used against moving targets and armored vehicles ? If it can be used against drones, then it will be a big threat to enemy.

What a low level you have for a professional. Feet are used in many countries including US, UK, Pakistan, etc,, to express height since it makes more sense to the common man and still if one like meters... it is pretty straight forward conversion so stop being unnecessarily negative.

wow, this is very bad piece of writing.
Bad piece of writing but a good news...focus on the news more than the grammar and typos by some reporter.

Is that the Italian Leonardo made Selex Galileo UAV?

we dont understand feet and other imperial measurement; Pak is a metric country so use it correctly.

Dear.. Pakistan is a mixed country. and feet and inches make more sense to the common man..

But I personally prefer metric system though I solved most of problems using US customary units which are based on Imperial units because that's the common in USA but were also taught how to perform calculations in the metric units as well

Can anyone share more details on the specs and weaponry

I don't know the details but most of these changes are on avionics / electronics side while the airframe overall has stayed the same as the previous versions of Buraq.

That maybe the case, but this is not good in it self. We should have more uniformity.
