LAHORE: Pakistan and India have formally agreed to play bilateral cricket series from 2015 to 2023.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that both countries would play six series - four to be hosted by Pakistan and two by India in the next eight years from 2015.

In a press release the PCB claimed that ICC granted Pakistan the fourth rank after the ‘Big Three’-India, England and Australia in terms of the percentage of revenue to be received from the ICC in the next eight years from broadcasting and other rights on ICC fixtures.

Another recognition for the PCB during the recently held ICC meeting was Pakistan getting the position of the global body’s President for two years effective from June 2015.

In a statement from Melbourne, PCB chairman Najam Sethi said: “The PCB had organized itself and planned to get maximum advantage for Pakistan cricket from an extremely precarious position. We have accomplished all our objectives. And I am positive that in the times to come Pakistan Cricket shall greatly benefit from what PCB has been able to obtain for it today.”

Ab Aye ga Mazaaaaaaa, We should fight wars on Playgrounds not on battle fields :D

Pakistan makes the big 3 to "big 4" ....Would get the most revenues as a board after India, Australia, and England.

This is just in.

Good for Pakistan.

Which is why Pakistan needs desperately to host India. No India means pretty much no revenue. Hosting just one series would earn Pakistan huge money.

This is as per Najam Sethi's PCB. Will it stay the same for Zaka Ashraf's PCB too? :undecided:

i am not for resumption of cricket ties with pak until mumbai terror attacks are taken to logical conclusion.
