Pak-China women trade bodies sign accord

KARACHI: A historic Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) was signed between Pakistans Sindh Women Chamber and Chinas Women Entrepreneur Association in Kunming for the bilateral cooperation of the women entrepreneurs of the two neighboring countries.
According to the MoC focussing on entrepreneurship and regional cooperation both sides would promote interregional trade, promote the development of small and medium enterprises and womens employment, increase the women investment by performing mutual visits, participate in fairs and exhibitions in both countries to explore opportunities and have access to each others markets, promote exchange of enterprise culture, technology and accelerate technology progress and innovation, improve the gender consciousness of society and maintain women staffs rights and interest, create good social environment on womens entrepreneurship and employment participating equally in economic and social development, strengthen multilevel conversation and establish practical and friendly relationship. staff report
