because they put millions in r&d for even small things like camos to make them effective we don't have such luxury.so instead of reinventing the wheel why can't we just simply adopt use and their research

It's fine, the uniform looks great. PAF and indeed the entirety of the armed forces are very much westernized; It is essentially a mix between British and US armed forces.

Dont forget Chinese, we use a lot of their equipment.

Infact sohail aman camo looks even better than his counter part in terms of brightness colour and vest also give better contrast

Uniform is not the performance of the institute.
Sir we use the air crafts of the 30s era then why not to wear the uniform of 30s era.
Our performance would be better by the new air crafts not by the new uniform.

Mirage 3,5 and F7 the last is the modified version of Mig21. All has crossed 50 age.

Sir 30s era means aircraft that were designed in the 1930s (1930-39). They were all piston engined aircraft. The aircraft you mentioned are from the 50s (1950-59)
