once again they are looking for cheaper transport they dont want to send they engine with speical plane . its good effort . you may don't know a cargo aircraft in one run can deliver 10-15 cargo runs . its common in airline industry .

If Ad was posted on 26th October and it said 2 weeks for submission of qoutes, than I hazard a guess it is not the engine being transported but some other task. Many counties hire Ukranian transport planes all the time

They could use MNG Airlines (from Turkey) as they're operating a300's & one a330.

Silk Way Airlines (from Azerbaijan) could have been an option as they were operating B747-400/-8's but it seems aren't any more.

Another option would be a number of Cargo/Freighter companies in China.

Yeah, I get that bit, but i'd also be concerned 'bout the safety aspect whilst transporting such an expensive item.

I also think the Pakistan Armed Forces should have a non-military Cargo Plane to cater all three. One that can be used as a Combi. B737 Classics are perfect for that, but i'd be great if a B757 could be converted too.

Well in theory IL-76, C-130, even CN-235 could do the job. Tenfering for civilian airlift is not new and most air forces do it.
