If Pakistan really did have a competent and aggressive foreign policy it would have negotiated with NATO to take Eastern Afghanistan and carry out full ground offensive. PA would have have the area secured within 8 months. Terrorism will be over for good.

USAF should deploy their a10s in Afghanistan for Cas.

With Ghani in power? Not yet. Pakistan has a rare opportunity to get a pro-Pakistan government in Afghanistan, that everyone is happy with, taking unilateral miilitary actions in Afghanistan could end up jeopardizing Pakistan's political and strategic interests.
